OUR PROJECTS AND EVENTS
Do you want to change your life and feel stuck? Are you facing a challenging situation or problem? Or maybe you do not know what you want. Wherever you are, we start there. Our one-on-one consultations are a space for deep, honest exploration. Not therapy. Not advice. But a real dive into your beliefs, values, principles, and mindset — to help you see clearly and act with purpose toward what truly matters to you.
Are you navigating a major transition, building something new, or simply seeking clarity and direction? You don’t have to do it alone. Our mentorship program is designed to support individuals who are actively seeking to grow, rebuild, or reimagine their lives. Whether you’re setting personal goals, exploring new paths, or facing challenges, our mentors can help you think clearly, move intentionally, stay true to what matters, and grow. This isn’t therapy or advice — it’s real support through dialogue, reflection, and action.
Each meeting of the Meetings With Meaning Series is a guided conversation on one of the topics, the significance of which is beyond doubt. The thought-provoking discussions on life-related, existential, and sometimes deeply philosophical topics, specifically selected for the audience, help participants see and reevaluate aspects of their mentality.
These meetings are held in Russian and are aimed at the Russian-speaking community. If you want to participate, hit the button and follow the instructions:
As immigrants ourselves, we know how difficult it can be to understand people of a new country: their principles, beliefs, motives, and reasons. Even harder is to realize which elements of the country of origin's mentality prevent us, immigrants, from achieving well-being in the new country.
We are happy to help shed light on the differences in rules, values, beliefs, principles, views, and other aspects between your original culture and American culture, so you can adapt quickly and successfully. If you want to get help with understanding and adapting to your new country, contact us:
Mentology, a comprehensive system, theory, and practice for understanding and working with mentality, was originally developed by Alexey Murashov, a philosophy teacher at the University of Tomsk, Siberia, in 2000, following a decade of research and testing. Since its creation 24 years ago, mentology has undergone significant evolution and maturation, yet its accessibility has remained primarily in the original Russian language, with minimal representation in English. We believe that introducing mentology to the English-speaking world will benefit everyone. Therefore, we are dedicated to translating and localizing the concepts, theories, and practices of mentology, along with related materials, to make them accessible to the American public and professional community.
